Strength training is so uplifting; powerful endorphins.

My music playlist changes my exercises and reps.

I’m energized. Satisfied. Proud.

Eating as healthy as possible, basic vegetarian.

No matter; I’m extremely happy and exited.

Watch my body strengthening and shape;

Then relaxing is blissful.

The winding down feels like laying on air.
