Here I am
Black; in the deep dark depths of emptiness
There is also luminous white light;
And I am there too…
Phosphorescencent in the dark ocean depths
I am A yin and a yang that spins in perfect balance;

“The happy inner soul inside of you is waiting to come back and start again!
Harmonious balance is indeed an affliction but one cannot feel pleasure without pain”.
You know that feeling of angst;
Pain and anxiety that seems to linger.
It is simply impermanence;
It is part of balance.
I just wanted to remind you;
It is going to be okay.
And that “Everything“;
Happens for a “reason”…
Hold on, Be strong.
-Nina
There was nothing, became everything, words devastating.
The tongue is far sharp-er sword. Bit-er sweet words
They ink jot and plot on pages
Captivating your mind, your captive in this ancient
Way. Since pyramids you peer-amidst scripture
The script will surely fit-the-picture
Graffiti-esque hieroglyphs; of time
In rhyme-form or devine-chords
Forever and ever and ever… trying to define more
Writers n biters, stolen ideas are the highest potential in-sequential
Prior to this something there was a comforting nothing
Simplistic-mystic-blissful-infinitely-intimate
Nothing.

Changing Yourself Through Your Breath
Deep breathing has been used to prepare for meditation since the beginning of human civilization. In the Hindu tradition, this practice was called pranayama and was used by yogis to improve their health and prepare for meditation.
My teacher used to say that “Your breath is your power”. And when you see someone full of energy and vitality, you’re seeing someone who understands the power of deep breathing. My friend Diana shows you a style of meditation that uses a powerful deep breathing technique on this page (click here to check it out). When you use a proper breathing technique, it will trigger natural and automatic movements which will relieve the tension that you have accumulated in your body. This will allow you to be far more mindful and will train your body to be effortlessly mindful in day to day life. That’s why my teacher was right to place so much importance on deep breathing. And it’s also why you should check out this style of meditation. Keep meditating!

A balanced life has a rhythym. But we live in a time, and in a culture, that encourages everyone to just move faster. I’m learning that if I don’t take the time to tune in to my own more deliberate pace, I end up moving to someone else’s, the speed of events around me setting a tempo that leaves me feeling scattered and out of touch with myself. I know now that I can’t write fast; that words, my own thoughts and ideas, come to the surface slowly and in silence. A close relationship with myself requires slowness. . .
A thoughtful life is not rushed.

It does not matter how long you are spending on the earth, how much money you have gathered or how much attention you have received. It is the amount of positive vibration you have radiated in life that matters”
This isn’t about me oh but if I “wrote” it it must be.
Remaining in a learning stage forever; blessing and a burden.
Earth is but only a planet with life, it is ours nonetheless.
Shall we not take care of it as usual? Disregard the constant.
All shalt say “no”, on one blessed day to come together.
Human consciousness has infinite potential; universal power.
Love and kindness is such pinnacle of this form.
Unto you it is given to do as you wish.
Life is suffering but don’t fret, it’s yin and yang: a normality.
One day at a time with goodness; an uplifting intent.
It gradually grows and spreads like a mighty tree, un-movable.
A tree doesn’t know it is a tree but oh how important she is.
Mother earth.
