The World We Built

The World We Built The life of a human being comes from a set of callings. Some are called to live with something to leave. Some are called to live with nothing to leave. The truth is, everybody has something to leave when they leave. The world they built. People build their own […]

Nina Yin / goodnightnina reads her Buddhist love poetry. Slam poetry reading. Lotus in the mud.

That a fool that knows they are a fool is truly wise… They say that life is suffering

They say that what goes around comes around, the karma; my dharma

They say that to take a journey as to meditate can be a key to enlightenment and that my worldly desires can only be a burden I carry along with me

They also say love is a burden but, after  I am in love and that is something I will forever carry

I belong to an infinite universebong among the endless stars. So I bow my head to the way

I send out my positive energy to my mother earth of which is my home; and like the stars; my energy is infinite

My dreams are constantly speaking with me, possibly even more so when my mind is clear; because they say…

That whoms mind is clear

Unto them

The Universe Surrenders

The Inner Child by Nina Yin

In a sense I am lost; feeling childlike in constant exploring of earth and oneself. I am, in a sense found; by my morality with love…and with compassion… I find myself restless in time, for time is complex. The mind cannot comprehend time nor comprehend anything in completeness. The Tao of existence unwordable, incomprehensible…

We are not all knowing beings but the fabric of existence has underlying comfort whether it is productive or not. Even terrible mistakes create great lessons. The child knows love most, your inner child craves it.

Life is complex in a mathematical sense but extremely simple in the aspect of conscious thought.

That being all that we have.

I trust this universe more than I trust myself. I say this in a sense that I do not feel in control, but the rain outside my window… it is bringing life to the earth; as is the sun, moon and the stars. Endless bounded in infinity… ; that is something I can trust. Allowing the universe to take control helps me in meditations and allowing what I cannot change.

Simplicity is bliss and sometimes in my childlike absence of self awareness, like when I draw a picture I am not drawing a picture. If I am absent and I perhaps simply am: the picture.

But as my inner child finishes the creation.

I must return to the grounding incomprehensible earth.

Here I am again.

Mother Earth

space-planet-earth-light-clouds-ocean-landscapes-stars-wallpaper-1This isn’t about me oh but if I “wrote” it it must be.

Remaining in a learning stage forever; blessing and a burden.

Earth is but only a planet with life, it is ours nonetheless.

Shall we not take care of it as usual? Disregard the constant.

All shalt say “no”, on one blessed day to come together.

Human consciousness has infinite potential; universal power.

Love and kindness is such pinnacle of this form.

Unto you it is given to do as you wish.

Life is suffering but don’t fret, it’s yin and yang: a normality.

One day at a time with goodness; an uplifting intent.

It gradually grows and spreads like a mighty tree, un-movable.

A tree doesn’t know it is a tree but oh how important she is.

Mother earth.
