The Inner Child by Goodnightnina

In a sense I am lost; feeling childlike in constant exploring of earth and oneself. I am, in a sense found; by my morality with love…and with compassion… I find myself restless in time, for time is complex. The mind cannot comprehend time nor comprehend anything in completeness. The Tao of existence unwordable, incomprehensible…

We are not all knowing beings but the fabric of existence has underlying comfort whether it is productive or not. Even terrible mistakes create great lessons. The child knows love most, your inner child craves it.

Life is complex in a mathematical sense but extremely simple in the aspect of conscious thought.

That being all that we have.

I trust this universe more than I trust myself. I say this in a sense that I do not feel in control, but the rain outside my window… it is bringing life to the earth; as is the sun, moon and the stars. Endless bounded in infinity… ; that is something I can trust. Allowing the universe to take control helps me in meditations and allowing what I cannot change.

Simplicity is bliss and sometimes in my childlike absence of self awareness, like when I draw a picture I am not drawing a picture. If I am absent and I perhaps simply am: the picture.

But as my inner child finishes the creation.

I must return to the grounding incomprehensible earth.

Here I am again.

Northern Monopoly / On the Concrete – Nina

How could I feel ; Its all so real ; Pain;

Embeds my brain. And. How could that…

Be. They’re;

Piling up the dead bodies.

In Bulletproof hotel lobbies

Insites where a nurse shoot-up-your-down properly

Northern monopoly

Its flooded. In an open air drug market;

Remarkable profit; Sub tropicals chronic

Users, abusers, thugged out losers.

Breathe…. She…

Breathed her last breath in the alleyway;

She ran away as a kid

And…

It sad to say… The streets a trap;

Praying on the weakest.. Link

We brinked;

The highest H.I.V. rate

I write rhymes…Cause I survived…

And. Time Flies…

On the concrete.

Poem: Forward — by Jak’s View of Vancouver v.3

Poem: Forward…

The forked tongue of the future lies ahead

Beckoning us forward. Advance! Progress!

Regardless of the perils and our dread

Of failure, ever onward must we tread.

And no matter how much we feel the stress,

The forked tongue of the future lies ahead.

And whether we fly the black flag or red,

The same indignations we must address

Regardless of the perils and our dread:

The starving masses, children barely fed;

And even for those who have even less

The forked tongue of the future lies ahead.

So throw away your doubts; let us instead

Rejoice in future’s coming, and impress —

Regardless of the perils and our dread —

Our generation’s mark. Let it be said

We lived, loved, built, and understood that, yes,

The forked tongue of the future lies ahead

Regardless of the perils and our dread.

Rooted inside me; My love will continue rising. – Nina

Night falls;

As does my conceptual thought…

I am still awake but I feel I am dreaming

River streaming; Serenity spot

Calming ease ; My green tea is my peace

My soul is wandering… I think of you and your beautiful face

Even thoughts are warm embrace

The days fly by; and I want more time with you

Its a sign; that complete peace is a simple reminder of you

I am drifting away but I know you’re here with me

Listening to my poetry

As my green tea I am sipping
