I die and rise again
The sweet escape
Light reigns on my life
From out of the darkness
Nina
I die and rise again
The sweet escape
Light reigns on my life
From out of the darkness
Nina
Calm and at peace
is inside of me
Not the anger, fear or frustration
Just the childlike exploring
is in me
Not a responsibility nor care in the world
The sky
is also inside of me
Not anything; man-made, man-kind
“corrupted”
And therefor…
Freedom
is inside of me
And nothing else.
Nina
Calm as the ocean of glass
Blank of ripples
A slumber of the mind
Easy as the earth rotates the sun
I write these words
Without need for purpose
Like life itself
Simply freedom is enough.

Known as trataka in Hinduism, this method of meditation involves starting at a single point. This point can be anything, such as your favorite painting, a tree in the distance or the moon at night.
Like most other styles of meditation, gazing meditation will help you calm the restless mind. If you have stress or anxiety, take a few minutes to practice gazing meditation.
This style of meditation is especially soothing when you’re in the wilderness and gaze at something beautiful, such as a river, a beautiful tree or the sunset…
Laid in an ocean and exhaled the sky…
Sweet meditation; Like Lucid Dreams
Thank you for these.
Drops of rain.
Fall upon me
As I inhale the ocean and exhale the breeze
Such ease…
How the water caresses my body and light tantalize my eyes
Laid in an ocean…and exhaled the sky.
….
After my mediation
I make a humbling plea
I am now
Placed on my knees
And bowing in threes
Taken away
And I return to the ground
I seeked absolute nothing
*Absolute was found.*

Every appearance and every event, Are the mind’s miraculous display. In the spacious expanse, I see nothing to fear. ~ Yeshe Tsogyal
All is calm in the midnight sky
Piano rifts drifts as clouds play by the moonlight
I watch them as they tantalize the stars
Serenity found in the dusk before dawn
All is just so calm.
My calm; it comes from the storms
Perhaps I remain in the eye
Visualizing the Individual cries
7 billion inhabitants; all inherit the sky
The storm is my calm as I look up
I see the dark clouds;
Sunlight fighting to gleam on us
Dusk till dawn
From the night till morn’
The calm is my storm.
-Nina
TRAIN YOUR MIND Fix that image in your mind and focus on it the more you visualize the stronger your mind opens up to what you cannot see Escape from your body leave yourself fleshly dense tap into your mental magick begin to see with your soul Start with your own self-acceptance a place where […]
I’m stronger than this moment, I own it.
Release the way, the soul is something solitude.
Technically untouchable.
Calming a storm with a simple breath.
Returning once again to this infinite moment.
